NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS — EXCHANGES ONLY

We only offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds and returns are strictly not accepted.

All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

For the fastest service, we recommend placing a separate order for the new item once your exchange request has been confirmed.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly.


European Union Customers – 7 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
